The “JEDYNKA” Training Center operates a driver’s clinic where we conduct the necessary medical examinations to issue a certificate confirming there are no health contraindications for operating motor vehicles in the following driving license categories: AM, A1, A2, A, B1, B, and T.
Driver examinations are carried out by a physician authorized by the Mazovian Voivode to conduct medical evaluations for drivers.
Cost of the examination: PLN 200 (official rate).
WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR MEDICAL EXAMINATION
- Identification document
- Glasses/contact lenses if used
TAXI/Professional/Instructor Examinations (Categories C and D)
Cost of TAXI examination: PLN 250
In general, examinations are completed during a single visit unless the individual suffers from chronic illnesses such as:
- Diabetes: A consultation card from a diabetologist is required.
- Epilepsy: A consultation card from a neurologist is required.
- For other conditions, the physician may request additional specialist tests.
REQUIRED TESTS:
- Psychotechnical evaluation (including twilight vision and glare resistance).
- Blood glucose level (fingerstick acceptable).

Examinations are conducted at our office: Al. Jerozolimskie 31, Suite 16
- Mondays from 3:30 PM
- Thursdays from 5:00 PM
- Saturdays from 9:00 AM
(Examination hours depend on the number of applicants.)
If a client cannot attend during these times, they can also schedule an examination on Monday or Friday near CINEMA-CITY SADYBA after making payment and arranging an appointment by phone.
